Exclusive Telecommunication Terms of Service
INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Use govern your use of the services provided to you by Exclusive Telecommunication (“Exclusive Telecommunication” or “we”). This website is operated by Exclusive Telecommunication (65, Jalan Medan Ipoh 1A , Medan Ipoh Bestari, 31400 Ipoh Perak, Malaysia). Exclusive Telecommunication offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Prior to using or accessing our website, please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
- Price listed on our website is final and non-negotiable. However, for corporations we do have a special rate subject to quantity purchase. Please email us for further details on this.
- Accessories included in the box are as per listed in our advertisement.
- All shipment orders are made within 2 working days once payment is made. However, if an item is out of stock, we will contact the buyer for the soonest delivery date available upon restocking or else the buyer will be given the option of a refund/replacement.
- Goods sold are non refundable. In any special event that the customer insists on returning the product within 7 days from the date of purchase, we will charge a restocking fee of 35% or more of product price, subject to the item and package condition verified by our technician and sales representatives. Promo goods are strictly NON refundable.
- For the pre-order cases, we will only hold the item within 90 days from the date of pre-order. Final reminder will be given and we will give an additional 30 days for customers to come and collect their unit and pay the remaining price (if any).
- Failure to collect the pre-order units within the given timeframe (90 + 30 days) will cause the pre-order to forfeit and the deposit is not returnable or refundable.
- Our sales advisors are not responsible for mis-selection of any item purchased by a customer. Customers can consult our sales advisors for advice but the final decision is on customer responsibility.
- We are unable to guarantee the availability of stock at all time due to movement of our stock from walk in sales, and online orders. However, we do offer a same day reservation without any deposit. Please contact us at (012-5388333) for a reservation.
- Some sets are not in a sealed box condition, and sometimes when they come in a sealed box, we will always be transparent regarding the status of our set.
- Please make payment and upload proof of payment (for offline payment method) within 24 hours from the time of order, failing which we reserve the right to reject your order.
- All on sale items/discounts/items with extra free gifts are valid for payment via cash, online transfer, debit card, credit card (One time swipe), charge card such as AMEX, eWallet such as GrabPay (not including Grab paylater), Boost, Touch & Go.
- Proof of payment must be either a screenshot or picture of original receipt from online banking, cash deposit machine, or bank counter. E-mail confirmation will not be considered as proof of payment.
- We reserve the right to withhold payment if the transaction appears to be a possible fraud. i.e. Payment made by a third party, and not by the buyer or recipient of the goods. We will lodge a police report in the event that we find the payment is fraud.
- We will verify the payment and process the order accordingly.
- We reserve the right to change the price without prior notice. In the case of our system being hacked, malfunction or description is inaccurate, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the full amount if payment has been made.
- To avoid delay in shipping for offline orders, please do not send the same order to multiple sales persons. Deal with 1 sales person or 1 mode of contact: for example, if you order via email, continue to communicate by email. If you order via WhatsApp, continue to communicate via WhatsApp.
- We ship within Malaysia only.
- For self pickup at any Exclusive outlet(s), please notify us and allow at least 1 working day for us to arrange the item pick-up at specified outlet.
- Refund process will take approximately 5 working days to complete. However, for credit card purchase, the refund will take approximately 10 – 14 working days to complete.
- Warranty period for local original sets is set by the authorized distributor / manufacturer.
- We do not accept payment via PayPal, local cheque or international TT. We will not be responsible for payment using these methods.
- Shipping
We will try our utmost best to deliver the goods on the agreed date. However, if we are unable to do so, you will be notified and an alternative date will be arranged. Your order will be delivered at the agreed time and location. You must be available to sign a personal acknowledgement of delivery. - We strongly recommend that, upon receipt, you inspect the phone. If the package appears damaged, it is advisable that you do not accept it. In the unlikely event that we deliver the wrong packaging to you or that it is damaged; please notify us within 24 hours. We will not be liable for any claims after the given 24 hours.
- Self Collect
All orders with self collect options will be processed before 12pm from Monday to Saturday. Customers are required to provide the full name and identity card (IC) number of the person intending to collect the product. This will be verified by our sales personnel during collection.
Upon completion of payment, customers are required to wait for our confirmation email before they can proceed to collect the phone.
Our turnaround time is 2-4 hours for direct bank-in and 24-48 hours for credit card payment.
For credit card payment, the bigger the amount, the longer time is needed for verification.
Customers are not required to bring any documents during collecting the phone except for IC. In the event the person name and IC number are not the same with the provided name and IC number during the online order, we have the right not to allow the self collect to occur.
